The 2007 Scandinavian IOM Cup Race 1where hosted by Norsk Modellseilforening in Oslo Norway. 27 skippers competed in two heats. 14 races was held and all 3 countries was represented on the podium. The winner was Torvald Klem (NOR), second Søren Andresen (DEN) and third Anders Wallin (FIN). Da var første seilasen i Scandinavian IOM Cup gjennomført, 27 deltagere konkurrerte i to heat og det ble avviklet 14 seilaser. Seilasene startet på fredag i overskyet vær, vind 5-6 m/s og de fleste hadde rigg 1 oppe, vinden økte på og alla byttet ned til rigg 2. på slutten av dagen var enkelte nede på rigg 3. Det regnet også litt på Fredagen. Vi håpet på lettere vær på lørdag, men nei, det bare økte på. På slutten av dagen var det stabilt på 12- 14 m/s mens det i kastene nok var oppe i 18-19 m/s. De som ikke hadde rigg 3 måtte gi seg på sluitten av dagen There was windy conditions on the two days, friday started with 5-6 m/s increasing to 11-12 m/s with rainshowers. We hoped for some calmer condition on saturday, well the sun was shining, but the wind just increased so most of the day it was rig 3 for most of the fleet. At the end of the day it gusted up to 18-19 m/s and was steady on 12-14 m/s.
