Michael Scharmer has the last years been one of Germany's top ranking IOM sailors, and one of the IOM comunity's true members. He builds inexpensive boats, explores every aspect of the design possibilities and is not afraid to do things differently. We will here follow the building of his brand new Mk XIV, wich has small improvements compared to the model he used in the Worlds 2005.
