Taking an old Tonic hull (originaly designed by Alec),which was found in a loft, I produced a new deck layout, moved the fin box and mast position aft, changed the rudder and moved that aft, fitted a new, longer and thinner bulb, and the Isotonic was born (May 2004). The Isotonic remains a prototype and mine is currently the only one. So the hull shapes are the same as the Tonic, but everything else on the Isotonic is different.
